Access Bars® is a gentle and nurturing energy healing process which resets the nervous system and allows the body to lay down new neural pathways.
The Bars® are 32 points on the head that relate to various areas of life and different aspects of your consciousness. Gently holding these points starts to unlock and unwind all the fixed points of view and limiting beliefs we have in these areas, which include amongst others Money, Creativity, Control, Joy, Kindness, Gratitude, Peace, Calm, Bodies, Sexuality, Aging, Communication, Connections and Healing.
As the Bars® run, the decisions, conclusions, limitations and conditioning you have around how things 'have' to be a certain way begin to unlock, unwind and dissolve. This allows you to open yourself to new possibilities and new ways of Being. This process is all about receiving - more joy, more communion with your body, more peace and more access to who you truly are!

Access Energetic Facelift™
Access Energetic Facelift™ is a dynamic Body Process that lifts and rejuvenates the face, reversing the signs of aging throughout your face and body. Facelift™ is extremely gentle and nurturing, and through gentle, hands-on touch it energetically invites your body's cells to restore, enliven and rejuvenate.
Every time we look at ourselves in the mirror with judgment, we lock that judgment into our cells. By erasing the cellular memory of judgment, Facelift™ allows the cells to restore and regenerate. People have reported experiencing lightening of the face and eyes, lifting of breasts, buttocks and stroke damage, improved skin elasticity and increased energy.
Facelift™ can also dynamically lifts energies within the emotional body as well as the physical. Along with a profound sense of relaxation and nurturing, this body process can also alleviate the heaviness we experience with more dense emotions such as grief and depression.
As it's recommended to receive a series of Facelift™ sessions at regular intervals for the best results, Jo offers reduced rates for the purchase of 5 or more sessions paid upfront.

Access Consciousness Body Processes
An Access Consciousness Body Process is a hands-on method that facilitates your body to regain its original functions and repair itself. When running a Body Process, your practitioner will place their hands on various locations and ask specific energies to run.
There are many different Body Processes, they have different functions and create different effects within the body, the common theme being supporting longevity and regeneration.
Body Processes are about allowing your body to receive, reset and repair. They are dynamic processes that are deeply nurturing and relaxing.
